Yoga-Sutra

So, I’m sure I’m not the only one to notice some similarties between Yoga and Kama Sutra poses, right? Well, this morning it’s all I could think about through my yoga class (maybe it was because of Naked Wednesday yesterday).
Yoga=>Kama Sutra
Setu Bandha (Back bend)=>The Arc
Halasana (Plow pose)=>The Deep One
Virasana (Hero pose)=>The Hammock
Malasana=>The Amazon
Well, I had a great yoga class, and didn’t once consider how tight my muscles were. I think I’ll see if the Mr. might be up for a “Naked Yoga Friday”. Who knows, we could discover more yoga-sutra moves!

yes,it will be interesting to do the yoga while you are naked and all the activities of this yoga similar to the kamsutra but really it has a great fun.
